EasyJet Refused to Refund My Cancelled Flight
I booked a flight from London to Izmir with EasyJet through Kiwi.com on July 6th. However, Kiwi.com informed me that my flight had been canceled by the airline. I requested a refund because the alternative options provided were either too expensive, involved transfers, or were at inconvenient times for me. Unfortunately, EasyJet refused to refund me, and the same flight that they had canceled at 6:10 a.m. on July 6th is now available for purchase. I will also report EasyJet and Kiwi.com to consumer protection agencies for failing to refund my money despite canceling my flight. I was both saddened and surprised to see that the canceled flight is now operational. I believe they tricked me. I recommend that you pay a little more and fly with another airline.
