Kiwi.com Canceled My Cheap Flight After Purchase and Still Hasn’t Refunded My Money

I chose to buy my flight ticket through Kiwi.com because it was noticeably cheaper than other sites. After I paid, I received an email saying the booking was in the “confirmation process.” A few hours later, I got another email saying the ticket couldn’t be confirmed and that my payment would be refunded within 10 days.

Meanwhile, flight prices on other websites increased, and my credit card limit was tied up because the refund hadn’t been processed yet. So I couldn’t book another ticket either. To make matters worse, Kiwi.com continued selling the same flight at a higher price—even after canceling mine.

Thanks to Kiwi.com, I lost both my time and the opportunity to get a cheaper ticket. This isn’t just disappointing—it feels manipulative. You shouldn’t be allowed to take payments without securing the ticket first, then resell it at a higher price.

Kiwi.com, I demand my full refund immediately and expect compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss caused by your careless process.
