Vadi Istanbul Dyson Store Does Not Accept Returns On Damaged Products
On August 12, 2023, I purchased a Dyson V15 from the Vadi Istanbul Dyson store. Because I lived out of town, I eagerly opened the box at home, only to discover that the screen was broken. I immediately attempted to return the product. Given that it was a Sunday, I contacted customer service via live chat. They assured me that I could return the item to the store unconditionally within 14 days. I have screenshots of this conversation as proof. When I contacted the store, Gülben informed me that they were unable to process the return and directed me to a service point in Ataşehir, explaining that the return had not been approved by the store manager. Despite spending 24,000 TL on a Dyson product, I received an unprofessional response. Such actions by store representatives, as well as Dyson's lack of oversight over its employees' professionalism, have eroded my trust in the brand. Despite customer service assurances, the Vadi Istanbul store's actions do not correspond to their commitments. Dyson's management should prioritize employee training and support to ensure customer satisfaction. I am requesting a prompt resolution: the product's return and a refund.
