Dyson V11 And V15 Vacuum Return Disgrace




On the evening of 06.11.2023, I ordered V11 and V15 from dyson.com.tr. Wanting to cancel one on 07.11.2023, I was informed that if shipped, I needed to return it at the door. I received V15 on 08.11.2023, and returned V11 at the door, but an issue arose. After using V15 for a day, unhappy with its weight, I returned it through Yurtiçi Kargo on 09.11.2023. Although I got a message confirming the return of V11, customer service claims no record exists for the order made on 06.11.2023. Despite a 16,999 lira payment, they can't trace the return. Due to Dyson's unacceptable return process, I'll return the V11 given to my mother tomorrow. Customer service's rude behavior compounds the problem. Urgent resolution is demanded, and further actions will be taken promptly.
