I purchased a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner in Istanbul, Turkey on July 24, 2025, from Anpa Gross, believing I was buying a premium product. However, just two hours after purchase, I had to return to the store because the unit turned out to be defective straight out of the box.

From the very first use, it was obvious that something was wrong. The vacuum had no suction power and the brush head wouldn’t spin at all. This was extremely frustrating for a product at this price point. I paid a significant amount thinking I was investing in quality, but instead, I ended up with a product that didn’t even work from the start.

When I returned it to the store, they acknowledged that the issue occurred right after unboxing, but I still feel deeply disappointed and let down by Dyson’s quality control. I now regret spending so much money on a brand I trusted. I expected a flawless experience, but instead, I was left inconvenienced and without a working vacuum.

Dyson, I urge you to take full responsibility and offer a replacement or a refund immediately. This level of product failure and lack of reliability is unacceptable for a brand of your reputation.

Today I bought a Dyson V15 from Anpa Gross Market and came home. Not even two hours passed, my spouse and I opened the box and the device didn’t have enough power, it didn’t suction. I plugged it in to charge and fully charged it, but the same problem persisted—it still didn’t suction. You pay 27,000 TL but there’s absolutely no quality, I swear anyone with sense should buy another brand for this kind of money, you can’t put up with this. I made a single payment by card, wanted to surprise my spouse, but I regret it and took it back for a return. They say they won’t take it back, it has to go to service. It’s only been 2 hours, I called within 2 hours, even a staff member said let’s send it to service. I said I don’t want to use that device, I want a new one, I’ve already lost faith in the product. I swear, even cheap Chinese devices are more reliable than this, believe me. Dyson advertises so much but there’s no quality. I don’t want to use a device that’s already been sent to service, I want a new one. I swear it hurts me that it came out of the box damaged and there’s no replacement. I’m calling out to the authorities: if I don’t get a new one, I have videos and my invoice as proof that I did a box opening, I also have recordings and videos of my conversation with Anpa Gross. I want a replacement. I’ve been humiliated with my own money. Seriously, trying to make a surprise ruined our day.

I wrote on WhatsApp, the device's head has completely stopped rotating and there is a loss of power.
