I purchased a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner in Istanbul, Turkey on July 24, 2025, from Anpa Gross, believing I was buying a premium product. However, just two hours after purchase, I had to return to the store because the unit turned out to be defective straight out of the box.
From the very first use, it was obvious that something was wrong. The vacuum had no suction power and the brush head wouldn’t spin at all. This was extremely frustrating for a product at this price point. I paid a significant amount thinking I was investing in quality, but instead, I ended up with a product that didn’t even work from the start.
When I returned it to the store, they acknowledged that the issue occurred right after unboxing, but I still feel deeply disappointed and let down by Dyson’s quality control. I now regret spending so much money on a brand I trusted. I expected a flawless experience, but instead, I was left inconvenienced and without a working vacuum.
Dyson, I urge you to take full responsibility and offer a replacement or a refund immediately. This level of product failure and lack of reliability is unacceptable for a brand of your reputation.
