Unfulfilled Invoice Request for Dyson V15 Detect Absolute

I recently purchased a Dyson V15 Detect Absolute cordless vacuum cleaner (Product Code: 394451-01) through Dyson's website with order number 7001208511. I had requested a corporate invoice for the product. However, they disregarded my request and issued an individual invoice without my consent. When I realized the mistake and asked for a corporate invoice again, they simply informed me that it was too late, as more than a week had passed (essentially telling me to throw away over 3,000 TL). It's disappointing that Dyson, known for its prestige and reliability, would behave in such a manner. I've never experienced anything like this with much simpler companies. My trust in Dyson has been completely shattered. If they can do this, who knows what they might do in the future when it comes to servicing or other matters? I will be filing a complaint with the relevant authorities, but it's frustrating that our time has been wasted in this manner.
