Dyson's Failure to Provide a Vacuum Cleaner Invoice
Even though it's been 20 days since I bought something from Dyson, they still haven't sent me an invoice. This is very frustrating. I have called them 5–6 times, started a form, and sent 4–5 emails, but they keep telling me that there is a problem with their system and that they will send the invoice as soon as possible, but they haven't sent it yet. Will they really sell a vacuum cleaner for 15,000 TL without an invoice? I need the invoice for my business because I can't pay my bills without it. What kind of duty does this show for a business? How could they forget to send a simple invoice? When I went to the shop, they told me that they could have given me the invoice if I had bought the product there. Is it illegal to buy something from their site? They should be ashamed that they can't even send a simple invoice.
