Dyson V15 Warranty Repair Refused Because My Invoice Was Rejected

About a week ago, my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner began experiencing an issue where it would stop running on its own after a short time, even while I was holding down the button. I contacted customer service, and they suggested washing the filter, but the problem was not resolved. When I called again, they were unable to help. I encountered this issue just one week before my warranty expires. I purchased the product through Trendyol and still have the invoice from Trendyol. However, the authorized service center and customer service refused to accept my invoice simply because it was not issued by Dyson Türkiye. I contacted the seller, who resent the same invoice, but it was still rejected. I attempted to have the device inspected at the authorized service center in Gebze, Kocaeli, but no process could be initiated due to this invoice issue. I paid ₺22,249 with my credit card, and now, even though my warranty is still valid, I cannot benefit from free repair services because my invoice is not being accepted. I request that my problem be resolved, that my invoice be recognized as valid, and that I receive free repair service while my warranty is still active.
