I purchased the Dyson V15 model 1.5 years ago through dyson.com.tr. Recently, I realized I cannot properly clean the carpet brush head. When attempting to remove the brush using a coin, the rotating part detaches completely, but the brush itself does not come out as it should.
I was unaware that the brush could be removed until I saw videos demonstrating the process. Despite following these instructions, I cannot remove it, which makes cleaning the brush impossible. This has been very frustrating, as proper maintenance is essential for the vacuum's performance.
