Hello, I’m using a Dyson V15, but there’s a persistent issue with the carpet head attachment. Following the instructions, I turn it with a coin, but only the cover comes off—the rotating part won’t detach.
I sent the device to service two weeks ago, and it was returned today. Unfortunately, the problem remains unresolved, and I’m still unable to use the carpet head properly.
This ongoing issue is incredibly frustrating, especially after already going through the service process. I request that Dyson resolves this problem immediately. Customers should not have to deal with repeated inconvenience for such a high-end product. Please address this matter urgently and provide a proper solution!
