I am writing regarding my Umingle web account, which was banned today with the claim that I am under 18 years old. This decision is incorrect, as I am not under 18, and as a result my account has been unfairly restricted. My account is associated with the identifier 66adae9f, and I access the service from the United Arab Emirates. At the moment I do not have an ID available for verification, but I would like my situation to be reviewed fairly, as I believe the ban was applied in error. I kindly request that my account be reviewed and reactivated as soon as possible so that I can continue using the Umingle web platform without interruption. I would appreciate clear information on what else may be required from me to resolve this issue.
