Missing Dyson Shipment Issue

I'm deeply unhappy with the Kolay Gelsin cargo company because they failed to deliver my Dyson product with tracking number 40713734. They claimed they couldn't deliver it because the address was incorrect, but they didn't bother to call and confirm the address or contact Dyson for verification. Let's assume they didn't have my phone number, but why not contact Dyson and confirm from there? They would not have delivered my package if I hadn't pursued it, and this product is difficult to find in stock. I've already changed my address, but it's now being delivered to a crowded workplace, and I'm not sure how they'll handle it until I arrive. I'm leaving for a different city tonight, and I wouldn't put my trust in this cargo service to deliver on time—they appear to have serious organizational issues.
