Dyson Delays Shipping My Order, It Has Been Over 72 Hours

ordered a Dyson product and everything seemed good at first. The email confirmation had my right address info. But, surprise surprise, I got a call saying they needed my address details. It was pretty annoying, but we figured it out, after this weird request, I made several calls to confirm that the address issue was resolved. However, even after those assurances, the product is still not being shipped. It's incredibly disappointing to experience such irresponsibility. They open a case and then ghost me. This level of negligence is unacceptable! I urgently need my ordered item to be shipped. It's high time Dyson took responsibility for this situation and ensured that my product is promptly dispatched. I would appreciate immediate action and a resolution to this frustrating ordeal. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated, as I hope to receive a satisfactory response and see my product finally on its way.
