Dyson Refused to Deliver My Gen 5 Detect and Demanded Extra Payment

I bought the Dyson Gen 5 Detect a few days ago from the Dyson website. They shipped the product using 'Kolaygelsin' cargo delivery. However, this cargo company did not provide any notification or written notice about the delivery date and returned the product to Dyson without attempting to contact me. Dyson never bothered to check if I was at the delivery address, offer to resend the product, or allow me to collect it from a Dyson store. Now, Dyson is asking me to place a new order and pay an additional ₺3000. This situation seems unthinkable anywhere else in the world, but Dyson appears to be exploiting this opportunity to take advantage of customers. They held onto my ₺30,000 for more than a week. I simply want my purchase to be delivered or to have the option to pick it up from a Dyson store.
