Free Fire Account Access Lost

I have been playing Free Fire on my account with the nickname “nivedhika” and UID 12993847056 for a long time and had made significant progress. My account is level 15, I have 27,405 gold, a Battle Royale score of 1728 / 552 and a Heroic Emblem rank. Two days ago I suddenly lost access to this Free Fire account. When I try to log in through my linked Facebook and Google accounts, I cannot access the game and my account does not open. I tried the normal recovery options but nothing worked and I am still unable to enter my account. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be checked and recovered, and that my game progress, rank and in‑game items be fully restored, so that I can continue playing from where I left off.
