I Want To Access To My BDG ID

I have a Vivo Y11 phone and I access the BDG Game website via Google Chrome. Today, while trying to log in to my BDG Game account, I received the error message “Error: 116 User has been locked” and I have not been able to log in since then. Because of this error I cannot retrieve or use my user ID and I have completely lost access to my account. I have not yet been able to contact BDG Game customer support about this issue. I request that my BDG Game user account be checked urgently, my user ID be reactivated, and that I be given full access to my account again.
