Deposited Amount Not Received

I am writing to report that my deposit to Big Daddy Gaming (BDG Game) made today via UPI has not been credited to my gaming account, even though the payment shows as successful on my side. Today I deposited an amount of 500 INR using UPI. The transaction was completed successfully and I have a payment receipt showing the transfer from Ram Reddy M S to Buddhiram Gurjar with the UPI transaction/reference ID 610856962588. Despite this, the balance has still not been added to my BDG Game account. I kindly request that you urgently check this UPI transaction, confirm the payment, and credit the 500 INR to my BDG Game account or refund the full amount back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
