Dyson V15 Paid Product Not Delivered

I was looking forward to receiving my Dyson v15, but the delivery company, Kolay Gelsin, claimed that the product was deformed and couldn't be delivered. I immediately contacted Dyson's customer service, expressing my willingness to keep the product if it could be resent and asking for a refund in six installments, as originally paid. However, the representative informed me that the product could not be resent and that I would be refunded. Once the item was back in stock, I had no choice but to place a new order. However, the item was still unavailable when I checked their website. When I called customer service again, I was told to wait for stock availability and was told there would be an additional VAT charge. This isn't the first time I've encountered a problem like this, and I'm very unhappy with Dyson's lack of assistance. I need to find a solution right away. Despite no fault of my own, the item I paid for has yet to be delivered, and I feel completely ignored by the company.
