When I try to log in, I see the message “There are abnormal activities with your account. It has been suspended” and it is stated as a permanent ban. My region in the game is India. The most important point for me is that no clear reason was given for this permanent suspension. I have never used any hacks, cheats, scripts, third‑party illegal apps or any unfair method in the game. I have always tried to play according to the rules and invested my time and effort into this account.
