Riot Password Reset Emails Never Arrive for My Valorant Account

I wanted to change my username in Valorant, so I attempted to reset the password for my Riot account. Since approximately 11:30 AM, I have been unable to complete the process despite multiple attempts.

I clicked the “Forgot Password” option around ten times. Each time, the system informed me that a password reset email had been sent. However, no email ever arrived at my registered address, t********@gmail.com**. I carefully checked my inbox, spam folder, junk folder, promotions tab, and even other email accounts multiple times, but I never received a single password reset message.

I spent nearly two hours trying to resolve this issue on my own. I also attempted to find a solution through Riot Support, but I was unable to successfully resolve the problem, which is why I am submitting this complaint.

At this point, my only goal is to regain access to the password reset process for my Riot account associated with my Valorant account “togsem.” Without the password reset email, I cannot update my credentials or manage my account properly.

I respectfully request that Riot Games investigate why password reset emails are not being delivered to my registered email address, ensure that the reset messages are sent successfully, and assist me in resetting my account password. I would appreciate prompt assistance so that I can continue using my Valorant account without further interruption.
