Dyson V15 Battery Failure at Two Years

In March 2023, I purchased a Dyson V15 Detect Absolute (Product Code: 394451-01) vacuum cleaner from the official Dyson website. Since the day I bought it, I have been using it without any issues, mounted on the wall and kept continuously on charge. Until recently, I had not experienced any malfunction or problem. However, about a week ago, for the first time I used the battery until it was fully depleted, and afterwards the device stopped charging. Since the battery is completely drained, the vacuum no longer operates. When I contacted Dyson customer service regarding this issue, I was informed that the warranty had expired and that a replacement battery would cost ₺6,799. I cannot accept that the battery of a product should become completely unusable within only two years. For a premium brand like Dyson, the premature failure of the battery should not be considered user error, and I strongly believe it should be replaced free of charge. I also think that this issue should be brought to the attention of all Dyson users. At the time of purchase, I did not buy any additional warranty or maintenance package, and there were no issues with the payment or invoice. The warranty appears to have expired in March 2025. I kindly request that my grievance be resolved and that the battery be replaced free of charge.
