My Valorant Account Was Hacked and I Can’t Reset My Password

My Valorant account, which is linked to Riot Games, appears to have been compromised, and I have been unable to access it for approximately one day. I first received a security notification on my phone stating that someone was attempting to access my account. The message contained a verification code, but I did not enter or share that code with anyone.

The notification also advised me to change my password if the login attempt was not made by me. However, when I tried to reset my password, I repeatedly received an error message stating, “Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later.” Because of this error, I have been unable to complete the password reset process or regain access to my account.

I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this account over a long period. Losing access to an account that contains both financial investment and personal progress has caused considerable frustration and concern.

Given the suspicious login warning and my inability to secure the account through the normal recovery process, I am worried that unauthorized access may have occurred. At the moment, I have no way to verify the account’s status or protect the content associated with it.

I respectfully request that Riot Games conduct a security review of my account, investigate any unauthorized access attempts, and help restore ownership and access to me as soon as possible. I would also appreciate clear instructions regarding the steps required to verify my identity, secure the account, and regain full access safely.

Because of the value of the account and the potential security risk involved, I ask that this matter be treated as a priority.
