Hello, I am experiencing several problems with my Dyson V15 Absolute upright vacuum cleaner, which I received on June 24, 2023. The issues are as follows: the machine stops working when my hand is on the trigger, or sometimes it starts working without pressing the trigger; the carpet head does not rotate as it should, and when it does, it often starts rotating too late; the battery depletes quickly. After contacting Dyson Turkey, it was decided that the main head, battery, and carpet sweeping head would be replaced as the source of the problem. However, I would like all the other parts to be replaced as well, as I believe I will encounter issues with other heads in the future and do not want to face ongoing problems. Additionally, the silicone on the edges of the vacuum has spontaneously peeled off. For these reasons, I am dissatisfied with the product, and if my problems are not resolved, I will not purchase from Dyson again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. However, I am confident you will address my concerns, and if my issues are resolved, my opinion of Dyson will completely change. Thank you.
