I Face Stuck Power Button Issue on Dyson V11 Vacuum Despite Warranty Coverage

I purchased my Dyson V11 vacuum directly from the official Dyson website, and for about the past month, the power button has been getting stuck every time I try to use it. This makes the vacuum practically unusable. The product is still under warranty, yet despite sending multiple emails to p************@dyson.com, I have not received any response from Dyson customer service.
I use the vacuum in Sapanca, Sakarya, and I have not yet contacted any other technical service. I do not currently have my invoice or order number, but I expect Dyson to be able to locate my purchase from their records.
I am requesting an immediate repair or replacement of my Dyson V11 under warranty. This ongoing issue has already caused significant inconvenience, and I expect a prompt resolution so I can use the product as intended.
