I Face Charging Failure with Dyson V15 Absolute Vacuum After Minimal Use

I purchased my Dyson V15 Absolute vacuum cleaner about three years ago but only recently started using it. Until yesterday, it worked without any issues. After the battery ran out during use, I connected it to its original charger, but the device would not charge at all. No lights turned on, and it showed no signs of receiving power.
There is no physical damage, burn marks, or liquid exposure on either the vacuum or the charger. The problem occurred suddenly, despite the device being in excellent condition. My warranty period has already expired, and I did not purchase an extended coverage plan. I have not yet contacted Dyson customer service, but I am currently using the device in Şehitkamil, Gaziantep.
Given that the product has been barely used and well-maintained, I request that Dyson repair it free of charge to prevent further inconvenience. A premium device at this price point should not experience charging failures so soon after minimal use. I expect a prompt resolution to this issue.
