I purchased the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute cordless vacuum two years ago, and since November 2024, I haven’t been able to use it because the “Digital Motorbar” cleaner head broke. I contacted Dyson’s support line multiple times during November and December. The representative told me the part was out of stock and being sourced from abroad. I was assured I’d be notified once it arrived. But now it's been months, and there’s still no update, no part, no resolution.

This is completely unacceptable for a product in this price range. Dyson’s after-sales support is clearly failing to meet basic expectations. Despite what their policies claim, they don’t have a functioning authorized service system—just locations that collect and ship the device off to Istanbul, and even then, no spare parts are available.

What’s the point of buying a premium product if it becomes useless for months due to poor service and unavailable parts? I’ve now gone without a functioning vacuum for far too long, and there’s no transparency about how much longer I have to wait. Dyson must take responsibility and urgently provide the spare part or offer a proper solution. I expect immediate action.
