Dyson V15 Motorbar Head Wheel Fell Off and Spare Part Delayed

About 14 days ago, while using my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner, the wheel of the Motorbar head came off, making the device unusable. Since the head no longer moves properly, I have been unable to clean my home. My device is still under warranty and was purchased from Media Markt. After reporting the issue, I contacted the authorized service, but I have now been waiting for 14 days with no resolution. I was told the spare part is out of stock, and I am simply left waiting without a clear timeline. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as such an expensive product should not leave customers without service for weeks. I request the immediate supply of the replacement part so that my vacuum can be restored to working condition as soon as possible. Dyson must ensure better spare part availability to prevent customers from being left without a functional device for extended periods.
