We purchased a Dyson V15 but hadn’t used it much due to having another vacuum. When I finally decided to use the Dyson, I noticed that the round parts on the sides of the Digital Motorbar cleaning head were broken. I took photos before using it. Despite calling customer service multiple times, we were unable to reach anyone, and even though they promised to call back, there has been no response. We have received no support on this issue.
I chose Dyson believing that if I ever encountered a problem, there would be reliable support to resolve the issue without worrying about costs. However, it seems it wouldn’t have made a difference if I had purchased any other brand’s stick vacuum. Dyson has been a disappointment.
If a positive resolution is not provided and my issue is not addressed, I will initiate legal action and keep you informed of the developments.
