I bought SV25 V8 Origin EU/CH/RU/ME vacuum cleaner from the company on 13.03.2023. The product turned out to be defective, we returned it, and the return was approved on April 7, at the latest, it was said that it would be deposited by April 11, although I called many times, the refund amount has not been paid yet. We took the only solution note and stated its urgency. In the last phone call I made, you said that my refund will be made through Trendyol customer service. Trendyol customer service requested a service report or document confirming the return. I have been waiting for this document to be delivered to me for how many days, I have talked to your customer service many times, it is always a distraction policy, is it such a difficult thing to send a service report, is this a difficult thing for you? My trust in your company has been completely shaken, think twice before buying From dyson brand
