I purchased a Dyson robot vacuum that has been nothing but problematic from the start. The product either has manufacturing defects or serious software issues. Despite being a robot vacuum, it rarely operates properly and only manages to clean a small part of my house before stopping. After just a few months, it had to be sent for repairs, and the service center declared it unrepairable. However, because the invoice I received from Trendyol doesn't have the Dyson logo, they refuse to replace the product.
The vacuum is only 9 months old, yet the company refuses to accept responsibility. The invoice clearly shows that I purchased it from an authorized seller, yet they are finding every excuse to avoid processing my claim. Even after they admitted the product is faulty, their customer service treats me as if I’m the one at fault, using an unprofessional tone and providing no written documentation to support their claims.
I am deeply frustrated with Dyson’s lack of support. The product was sold at an inflated price, and yet they refuse to stand behind it. If this issue is not resolved, I will take full legal action and file complaints with relevant authorities. I hope Dyson takes this seriously and understands that losing customers over poor service is easy. I won't be buying from them again.
