PUBG Mobile UC Not Received After Payment on Plyr.com
On February 20, 2026, at 11:46 AM, I purchased 3,850 UC for my PUBG Mobile account (linked on the iOS platform) through plyr.com. I completed the payment using my Paycell debit card in the amount of $64, and the charge was successfully deducted from my card. The purchase was made for my PUBG Mobile account with ID 5361****52, and I have the transaction/order code trsltloswv for this purchase.
Even after approximately 3 hours and 23 minutes, the 3,850 UC I purchased has not been credited to my PUBG Mobile account, and my balance has still not been updated. Although the payment has been processed, the UC has not been delivered to my account, causing me inconvenience.
I request that the purchased UC package be immediately credited to my PUBG Mobile account with ID 5361****52. If this is not possible, I request that the $64 payment be refunded to my Paycell debit card.
