PUBG Mobile Safe Mode Activated After Switching to iPhone 15 Pro Max

I am experiencing a serious issue with Safe Mode on my PUBG Mobile account. I recently purchased a new device, an iPhone 15 Pro Max, and since my old email address was compromised, I added a new email to my account. However, the moment I try to log in from my new device, Safe Mode is automatically activated. Even though I select “remove,” nothing happens.

I do not currently have my old device with me, so I cannot log in from there, and the system is issuing me a 1-week ban. This situation repeats every time I attempt to log in, and I am unable to access the game. Although I contacted the support team about this issue approximately 3 days ago, no solution has been provided.

I am requesting that this Safe Mode restriction, triggered by my device change, be removed and that my Safe Mode settings be updated to recognize my new device, the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I ask that my account be securely matched with my new device and that the necessary review and correction be made so I can log in and play without further issues.
