Dyson V15 Battery Died in Under 3 Years — Replacement Not Available
I purchased my Dyson V15 vacuum from Trendyol on January 23, 2023, and about three weeks ago I started experiencing battery problems. I use the product only once a week, yet the battery completely died in less than three years. When I contacted Dyson customer service by phone, I was told that a replacement battery could be provided for a fee, and I made the payment. However, I was later informed that the battery was not available and that my payment would be refunded. After that, I was told that the relevant department would contact me with a discounted new product offer, but it has been days and I still haven’t received any update.
I live in Battalgazi/Malatya and I’ve been without a vacuum for about two weeks, which has been very inconvenient. Even though my product is out of warranty, the battery dying so quickly with such light usage—and the lack of a proper solution—has been very disappointing. My order number is: #1820003703.
What I expect from Dyson is a solution that resolves my situation—whether it’s repairing my product or sending a new unit. I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
