Asics Gel Venture 10 Waterproof Failure After Short Walk

On November 19, 2025, I purchased the Asics Ortholite 10 Gel Venture sneakers from Asics’ official website, specifically because they were advertised as waterproof. However, from the very first day, the product has failed to deliver the promised performance even under the most basic use. On rainy days, after just a short 10–15 minute morning walk on grass with my dog, my feet end up completely soaked. It is unacceptable for a shoe marketed as waterproof to allow water in during such light and brief use. It is clear to me that the shoes from order number 504584 do not meet the advertised waterproof standard.
In addition, the Gel-Quantum 360 VIII model that I purchased from Asics’ official website on July 28, 2025, developed a hole in the front area after a short period of use. Experiencing such serious issues in a short time with two different models from the same brand has completely shaken my trust in the quality and durability of these products. Paying premium prices for a brand and encountering this level of quality problem makes me feel seriously wronged as a consumer.
Due to the waterproof failure of the Asics Ortholite 10 Gel Venture and the front tear in the Gel-Quantum 360 VIII, I am requesting an immediate return of both defective products and a full, uninterrupted refund of the amounts I paid for each pair. I expect this matter to be handled promptly and professionally without prolonging my inconvenience.
