About a month ago, I wrote a complaint about the Dyson V15 Detect wireless vacuum cleaner. The problem is that the protector under the top of the vacuum cleaner was damaged. When we contacted the customer representative, we experienced great difficulties and were offered to replace the part with a different color suggestion to solve this problem. I was surprised by the customer relationship understanding of the company with the highest sales in Turkey.

I could not understand the reason for not keeping stock. After requesting an exact replacement of the faulty product by the legislation, I was contacted by company officials and was informed that this request was approved. I thanked them and removed the complaint to prevent the company from remaining in negative.

Sometimes, in customer relations, it is necessary to look at the problem along with the process. More than a month has passed since the decision to replace the cleaner was taken and the process started. Receiving the parts of the old vacuum cleaner, packing them, making an appointment, and placing an order for the new device after the parts arrived at the center.

When I received the information that the new device would be delivered on January 16, we informed my family many times and completed the delivery process of the cargo company. Again, unbelievably, six pieces were missing from the box that claimed to be a new Vacuum Cleaner. Hard to believe but true.

When I called customer service, I was informed that such things could happen and that I should mention the names of the parts one by one. Like a Lego game, I had to let the representative know which piece was missing and which piece had arrived. I also encountered this situation after countless searches and the difficulty of finding a solution.

Getting service from such a company approach is an indescribable difficulty. It is a matter of curiosity when the new parts will arrive and why these parts are not included in a vacuum cleaner that is said to be in its original box. I know the process will take longer, but my new request is to "renew" the device with all its equipment, just like the old one.

It really should be "renewed" and another precaution should be taken for this customer victimization and service compensation should be made. If necessary, I am willing to pay the difference to upgrade with a higher model. As long as I get rid of this process and Dyson stays in my mind as before.
