I Waited Weeks But Dyson Canceled My V15 Replacement Under Warranty Without Delivering

I’m very disappointed with Dyson and how they’ve handled my warranty claim for the V15 vacuum cleaner. The stationary vacuum head broke, even though the product is still under warranty. I contacted customer service and was told a replacement would be sent. That sounded fair—until they mentioned it was out of stock.

I waited patiently for three weeks, assuming they would follow through as promised. But instead of an update or resolution, I received a message saying my order had been canceled without explanation. No new ETA, no alternative solution, and absolutely no accountability. I paid a premium price (₺) for a product that was supposed to come with reliable support and service. I purchased it directly from Dyson’s official website, expecting a professional experience—not this.

Dyson needs to take full responsibility and resolve this immediately by either restocking and shipping the replacement or offering a fair alternative. I shouldn’t have to chase after a warranty promise. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for a brand that charges this much for its products.
