Dyson V12 Vacuum Tube Broken After Warranty, No Spare Part Support Provided

I purchased my Dyson V12 vacuum through Dyson’s official seller on Trendyol. The product’s warranty expired about a year ago, and now the vacuum tube has broken. This is the first time I have ever had an issue with any part of the device, and I have never requested a replacement before.

When I called Dyson customer service, I was told that only a paid replacement could be offered. However, the tube part I need is out of stock, so I was left with no solution at all. What frustrates me further is that online and on social media, I frequently see similar cases where Dyson provided part replacements—especially for influencers and brand promoters. It feels unfair that regular customers like me cannot access the same support.

For a premium and widely used product like Dyson, the lack of spare part availability is a serious issue. I request that Dyson provide me with the replacement tube, even if it means restocking or prioritizing parts for paying customers. Since this is my first replacement request, and considering the price point of Dyson products, I expect Dyson to resolve this matter quickly and fairly.

The V12 vacuum cleaner I purchased from the Dyson seller on Trendyol on April 18, 2022, has not been performing as well as before for about a week. Additionally, the tube of the product broke and since the warranty has expired, a paid part replacement was suggested, but I was also informed that the tube is out of stock. The problem I am experiencing with the motor power has just emerged and is ongoing.

Since the day I bought the product, there has been no part replacement or repair. When I contacted Dyson customer service, they said they could not assist me because the warranty had expired. However, I am disappointed that a three-year-old product is having issues with both its tube and motor in such a short period of time.

I want my product to be inspected and the cause of these problems to be investigated. I do not accept experiencing such malfunctions in as little as three years and I request that my grievance be resolved.
