The V12 vacuum cleaner I purchased from the Dyson seller on Trendyol on April 18, 2022, has not been performing as well as before for about a week. Additionally, the tube of the product broke and since the warranty has expired, a paid part replacement was suggested, but I was also informed that the tube is out of stock. The problem I am experiencing with the motor power has just emerged and is ongoing.
Since the day I bought the product, there has been no part replacement or repair. When I contacted Dyson customer service, they said they could not assist me because the warranty had expired. However, I am disappointed that a three-year-old product is having issues with both its tube and motor in such a short period of time.
I want my product to be inspected and the cause of these problems to be investigated. I do not accept experiencing such malfunctions in as little as three years and I request that my grievance be resolved.
