The tube of my Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner broke in mid-July. Since my warranty has expired, I wanted to purchase a new tube, but for about two months, it has been out of stock both on Dyson’s official website and through customer service. I also learned that tube breakage is a common issue with the V12 model, which makes this situation even more concerning.

About 10 days ago, I called Dyson customer service, but they couldn’t give me a clear answer about when the part would be restocked, nor did they create a formal record of my request. The replacement tube is already quite expensive, but I’m willing to buy it if it becomes available. For now, I’m forced to use the vacuum with the broken tube, and I’m worried that this could cause further damage to the main unit.

I expect accurate information about the stock status of the replacement tube and clear guidance on how to resolve this issue. I’ve been dealing with this inconvenience for a long time and would appreciate a transparent, customer-oriented response from Dyson.
