The Motorhead of Dyson v12 stops running on a low pile carpet. Dyson service can not resolve the issue and customer service is trying to convince me as if I'm not using the vacuum properly. It is a brand-new device and paid a lot of money for the vacuum which is not working even on low-pile carpets. My vacuuming gets interrupted repeatedly. This is a basic but recurrent home chore so I was looking for a gadget that would ease my experience. Presently, I am struggling more than before. So unfair on my side. It can't be so hard to see the problem and start producing a solution.
