Dyson V15 Vacuum Cleaner Performance Issues Can't Be Remedied

I got this Dyson vacuum cleaner that's been giving me a lot of trouble, but Dyson won't do anything about it. So, like, emptying the trash bin takes me four tries and it's super annoying. Secondly, the Motorhead keeps locking up and refuses to turn properly. When I reached out to Dyson for support, they had the audacity to claim that these problems are normal and that if I continue using the product, the issues will magically resolve over time. Seriously? Wow, I've never heard of a vacuum needing to be used over and over again just to work like it's supposed to. It's so annoying that Dyson is ignoring these ongoing problems and not giving us a good fix. Man, customers deserve way better than this!
