Dyson V12 Makes Noise And Dyson Does Not Give Warranty

I bought my Dyson v12 product in December 2022. I have been using my product very satisfactorily until today. I could easily use the motorbar head on both carpets and hard floors. However, the headset is now starting to make noise when using it on hard ground. I think this sound occurs because there is loosening or opening in the transition part of the head to the body. When I wrote to Dyson customer representative with peace of mind, I was told that this noise does not interfere with use and is not covered under warranty. I'm very surprised that a company like Dyson doesn't stand behind its product. I talked to 3 different customer representatives and they all gave me the same answer. I bought the Dyson product relying on its ease of use, warranty and the fact that they stand behind their products. But right now I am being victimized.
