Dyson Multi Floor Vacuum Parts Keep Breaking and Replacement Costs Are Unreasonable

My Dyson Multi Floor vacuum's head attachment broke twice, and the handle broke once over the years. The first break was covered under warranty, but the second occurred about six months after the warranty expired. Due to personal circumstances, I couldn't address the issue immediately. When I contacted customer service, I was told the replacement parts would be available for a fee. Shockingly, the head attachment price had jumped from ₺2,200 to over ₺3,000 in just a short time. This price hike is outrageous—was there a sudden surge in the exchange rate? I bought this vacuum for the price of three others, trusting Dyson's durability claims showcased in their ads, but I deeply regret it. The product's durability is a myth, and the replacement part prices are exploitative. Even the secondhand market for these parts has become a business. A company of Dyson’s stature should not disappoint its customers like this. How can a simple head attachment cost ₺3,400? For a little more, I could buy a brand-new vacuum. Dyson’s after-sales service and policies are unacceptable. This experience has left me utterly dissatisfied. I expected better support for such a premium product.

Hello Dyson representative, someone contacted me but we chatted and ended the call, and I couldn't get a response about the over 150% increase in spare part prices. I couldn't find out why the vacuum head broke twice in the same place. Then I asked, in Dyson's promotional films, you throw it in the air and catch it, so why does this holding apparatus break, I said. No answer. If I add 2/3000 to the price of this head, I could buy a brand new machine; we made a mistake, the after-sales policy is very bad, I absolutely do not recommend it. By the way, we will write to CIMER about the Dyson company; this will include a letter about the durability tests in their promotions. We will share the response here.
