I purchased the Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner two years ago, spending what was almost equivalent to a full month’s salary at the time. Now, just three months after the warranty expired, the carpet cleaning head has completely stopped working, and Dyson refuses to provide a replacement.
To make things worse, the cost of a replacement head is 4000₺, which is ridiculously expensive for a spare part. A premium vacuum like this should not break down in just two years, especially when it becomes completely useless without a functioning carpet head. Additionally, the particle counter also stopped displaying results after just three months of use, which was already frustrating.
Had I known Dyson’s spare parts were this overpriced and that the vacuum would break down so quickly, I would have never purchased it. I feel like my money has been completely wasted. Dyson, this is unacceptable—provide a reasonable solution!
