My Dyson V8 Animal Has Repeated Issues and Costly Repairs

I’ve had my Dyson V8 Animal vacuum for two years, and I’ve encountered one issue after another. The first problem occurred while it was still under warranty—the main head stopped working, and I had to wait months for a replacement. Now, after the warranty has expired, the main unit has started "choking" and isn’t functioning properly.

When I contacted Dyson, I was told that repairs would cost ₺5,600. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. People considering purchasing this model should be aware that while the product is innovative, it is neither durable nor cheap to repair. Resolving these issues requires not just patience but also significant expense. I expect Dyson to provide a more efficient and affordable solution for loyal customers like me.
