While using my Dyson V15 cordless vacuum, I noticed that the small circular piece near the head fell off. Initially, I assumed it was a detachable part, but after searching online, I discovered that many others have experienced the same issue, and the part actually breaks off rather than detaching.
When I contacted Dyson customer service, I was informed that this small part cannot be replaced separately. Instead, they require a full head replacement, even though the issue is just one broken piece. Since my 2-year warranty recently expired, they will only replace it at full price, which is an outrageous ₺4,199!
To make matters worse, when I asked to file an official complaint, they refused, saying they could only leave a note and not process complaints. I expected better service from a premium brand, but instead, Dyson seems more interested in selling expensive replacements than actually helping customers.
This is a major disappointment—for such a high-priced device, the quality, spare parts availability, and customer support do not justify the cost. Dyson, stand behind your products and offer a fair solution! Has anyone else faced this issue?
