I purchased a Dyson Gen5 cordless vacuum, but the main vacuum head developed an issue. When I contacted Dyson support, they confirmed that it would be replaced under warranty. However, eight months have passed, and I still haven't received a replacement.
Every time I reach out, they assure me that it will be sent soon, but nothing happens. How can a major brand like Dyson fail to stock a basic replacement part for one of their premium products? This is completely unacceptable.
I expect Dyson to honor their warranty and send my replacement immediately. If they cannot even provide spare parts in a timely manner, why promote a warranty at all? Fix this now!
