Dyson Gen5 Detect Vacuum Replacement Head Not Delivered After 2 Months
On January 7, 2025, I placed a warranty request (order #2703447864) for a replacement cleaning head for my Dyson Gen5 Detect cordless vacuum. It’s now been over two months, and I still haven't received anything! Every time I speak with customer service, they say the part is out of stock and needs to be shipped from overseas, yet nobody can tell me when it will actually arrive. This delay is ridiculous—two months is long enough to ship something from Mars!
Is Dyson deliberately dragging its feet because this part is covered by warranty? If I paid for it, would I have faced the same outrageous delay? This entire situation is unacceptable and not what I expect from Dyson’s premium service.
