Dyson Airwrap Prussian Blue Missing Gifts Compared To New Campaign

On 8 November I purchased a Dyson Airwrap hair styling and drying set in the Prussian blue/Bright copper colour from the Dyson store. I had actually gone to the store to buy the Amber Silk colour. At that time, the Amber Silk version only came with a comb as a gift, while the Prussian blue set included a carrying case, and both colours were sold at the same price. For this reason, I preferred the Prussian blue instead of Amber Silk. The serial number of my product is 1TP-EU-UGB3850A. However, I now see that the Amber Silk colour is being sold for the same price, but this time with a comb, a case and hair sectioning clips as gifts. As someone who bought the same product quite recently, I find this situation unfair to consumers and not equitable, because the scope of the campaign has been expanded a short time after my purchase while the price has remained the same. On 5 December 2025 I called your customer service line and explained the situation, but no solution was offered. Although my purchase was made very recently, I do not want to be disadvantaged because of the gifts included in the current campaign. I request that the difference in gifts be provided to me, or that my grievance be remedied in a way that matches the current campaign conditions.
