Hair Opening Brush Didn't Come with Blue Blush Colored Dyson Airwrap

I, Irem T****, purchased the Blue Blush colored Dyson Airwrap model for 16,999 TL immediately after the Dyson launch on October 5, 2023. However, upon receiving the product, the hair-opening brush mentioned in the campaign was not included. Upon further investigation, I realized that the same product is currently being offered for sale with the same color and at the same price, including a hair opening brush as part of a campaign. This situation undermines my trust in the brand and leads to my dissatisfaction as a customer. To remedy this situation, I request the provision of the hair opening brush included in the current campaign at this stage. Taking this step is crucial to alleviate the inconvenience I have experienced. I appreciate your understanding and solution-oriented approach. Thank you in advance. I kindly request a prompt response.
