FlixBus Ticket Deleted and Booking Details Missing

I booked a FlixBus ticket from Budapest, Hungary, to Seville, Spain, under the name Karanjitsingh and the email address karanjitsingh72***@gmail.com. The ticket was saved on my phone, but it has been deleted, and I can no longer see or access it. I do not remember the exact date and time of the journey, but I need the full details of this booking, just like the original ticket or receipt that I received when I purchased it. I kindly request that you resend my complete ticket information to my email address (including booking or reservation number, travel date, departure and arrival times, bus number, and any payment confirmation), so that I can access and use my ticket without any problems.
